PREPARATION OF
First of all, let's make sponge cake, whisk eggs and sugar, add water, flour and baking powder on it, continue whisking, pour the slightly runny dough on a tray with greaseproof paper, put it in a preheated 180 degree oven, it will cook in about 11 minutes, but cook carefully, it may differ from oven to oven.
At that time, let's prepare the cream, put the milk, flour, starch and sugar in the saucepan, let's put it on the stove, mix it until the eyes are eye to eye, add whipped cream and butter into the cooked cream, let's mix it again
Let's take the baked cake out of the oven, wrap it with greaseproof paper, cover it and let it sit for 15 minutes.
Let's wet the rested cake with very little milk and pour the cooked cream, place two bananas on the tip of the cake, wrap it carefully, cover the cake we wrapped with a clean bag and let it rest in the fridge for at least three hours.
