I saw tracii guns at the oneida casino. He performed an acoustic set. He walked off stage and approached my cousin and myself. He told us he could see us singing along with his songs so he wanted to come over by us cause he appreciated the fact that we genuinely appreciate the music he was playing. He also bought us a beer. I love playing some L.A. Guns on the drums. Rock n roll!!

***** There´s no such thing as a "hair" band , it was a term created by the media , these bands are 80´s Hard Rock and there were some very good ones , i rather see Def Leppard , La Guns and Whitesnake on the HOF than LL Cool J , Abba ,Madonna ... Dr Dre will be there as well next year
@TheKillerQueenfan10 жыл бұрын
Lol, I love L.A. Guns but they have not been successful enough to make the Hall of Fame. Madonna is an international superstar. Like it or not. She has had more success than L.A. Guns point blank. Rock n' roll btw is a generic and very broad term. It covers everything from pop to country. Whether you like one person or the other is irrelevant. RHOF cares more about PR and will never award the people who "deserve" to be there. But deserve is a very subjective term.

@elena79rus7 жыл бұрын
+bucky468 First of all, no one is denying that the 80s rock was influenced by the 70s rock. The 70s rock definitely inspired musicians of the 80s. Second, as you yourself mentioned, there are a lot of glam metal bands with talent, and they were the 80s bands. Third, it is not just about hard rock or glam metal. The 80s were the best in music in almost every genre. Other than hard rock there were British new wave and post punk, as well as pop music was the best in the 80s.
