Most coaches these days tell Their lifters to do exactly like their other lifters who are different height / weight and proportions without ever figuring out what’s best for “them” in programming wise too . A lot of cookie cutter

What about Tom Platz’s super narrow squat? He does that so he can target his quadriceps. I tried that once and it was way too much pressure on my knees due to my underdeveloped quadriceps.

There are some powerlifters with narrow stance, you should use the form you more comfortable with

That lifter knows his wide squat is dumb. He knows he doesn't have the right biology for it. He's clearly going for a vertical shank squat but it doesn't work for him.

Dude, ‘’this lifter’’ is an IPF podium competitor with WR in deadlift at 83kg, I think at 380kg 😂😂😂 He definitely uses the squat stand that works best for him
