This guy prevented Australia from winning a series in England. So I hate him (in a sporting sense, not as a person) But I have a grudging respect for him, he made the most valuable single run in the history of the game, there have been players to make centuries and half centuries that mean less than his single run.

Jack Leach's wickets at test level are costing him, and the team, more than 34 runs a piece and he goes at more than 3 runs per over. His personal story may be an inspirational one, but his professional skills are lack-a-day. He is a player in whom England have over invested, thereby denying chances to others. This could be costly in an Ashes year. Leach isn't going to run through an Australian side in any circumstances.
