Criminals can voice ID, Cops can voice ID. there were cases in court about this in rp. the reason cops dont voice ID is because they cannot write a valid warrant based on voice alone as it will not hold up in court. criminals can voice ID and then go kidnap that person later and kill them on a beach with no repercussions as it is not against any server rules. viewers especially new ones dont actually understand why people don't voice ID if its cops its for legal reason if its for civs or criminals its cause they would rather RP it like the person is anonymous.
