All of these channels are just pulling these stories from the HFY reddit, which is why they’re all the same stories with different text to speech bots. The honest ones will even include the name of the reddit user who actually wrote whatever story is being read. I know one channel is exclusively putting out their own stuff, but I can’t remember off the top of my head.

A bit late but it depends on the branch for the navy I might be wrong but it's the second highest rank. There's multiple roles that they can be placed in either in charge of ships or in charge of colleges. However for the Marine Corps it is the highest officer rank (enlisted it's Sergeant Major of the Marine Corps) in charge of most over arching aspects of the Marine corps while the SGTMJR is more focused on the enlisted side
