In my case, I’m already learning to take advantage of breaking news stories. I had a video planned and recorded for Friday, but a major development occurred in my field. I quickly scripted and recorded that instead. Occasionally doing something like this actually seems to be a great way of developing KZbin skills and opening up the possibility of developing new, rapid reaction content! :-)

Good video Cathrin. Been watching your content for a couple of months and I'm pleased to see your subscriber count increasing - you deserve all the success you get. When it comes to thinking of ideas, one thing that needs to be mentioned is ideas flow best when your brain is relaxed. It's kind of like writers block, which is when the words are not flowing for a writer because they might be trying too hard. When they get away from their work a little bit and do something else for a while, that's when the ideas come. You're right as well about ideas coming in the shower - running water has a therapeutic element that relaxes the brain (and the reader may want to research 'theta brainwaves'). For some people, ideas can flow best when they go for a walk (works better in a rural area or the park, not so well on city streets). When ideas come you need to document them (even if you just use the 'voice recorder' app on your smartphone). While I don't apply this to KZbin, in my experience if you want to think of ideas you've got to find a balance - concentrate without trying too hard.

You're definitely right about bringing some aspects of the vlogging & lifestyle niche into your vidoes.. I mean, its not obvious to some but to me it's the little details that really pop! How you tend to change angles and go into different rooms during 1 single video..its sooo engaging. Other creators just sit at a desk n talk (which by means is no disrespect to them) But ur just a cut apart from the rest.

Wow! Impressive content calendar. I need to get on your level, lol. I find I don't have a problem coming up with ideas, it's making the time to film them all. 😂 I once heard Jack Canfield say the majority of ideas the human brain has are gone in 20 seconds, as the brain is always active and on to the next thought or problem to solve. Most of my ideas come from when Im about to fall asleep ajjaaj and actually some of them have been some of my best videos and content ideas, for my channel and for my bussiness.
