Currently, monsoon has reached Kerala and parts of North East India. You took off for 3 months so, b september nepal and India will start getting cold.

Those collapsed building you see. Those are cleared for either road expansion or related infrastructure. Those people are paid very well by the government for their land acquisition, much more than their property's value. Although some have a sentimental attachment to their home and they are forced to sell.

we got 2x of the real price amount here in West Bengal during Road Expansion 🤑🤑(National Highway)

usually 100 feet left and right from the center of road is a government owned land, anyone who build under that distance is not given anything instead they will charge you for demolition.
@brotato9666 ай бұрын
@@parihar-shashwat Misleading Information. You are mixing illegal encroaching of land near highway with the land acquisition for new construction. How do you say what is government land where no road exited before? In that case government pays, and these scums protest to get crores of rupees for what was originally only in Lakhs in value. Also the distance of 100 ft is not official. If is is official you can tell me which source or act has mandated this. The authorities decide distance depending on the area and type of construction. And its is a guideline for keeping space for construction for new roads being build. Government simply does not say they will demolish any house near any highway because of some 100ft rule all houses becoming automatically illegal.
