Months ago I to worked as a CNA but no one at my work places knows I was an RN waiting to write my NCLEX exam. after my exam I told everyone I am now a nurse, they were all shocked 😮 how a CNA became an RN in just a day, not knowing I was working in silence. That was the talk of the facility for the whole month. I was so happy they were surprised. This is real.

If you are a negative person , doubt will always be there. If you are a positive person , you have ground to build on. Nothing is done by yourself. You need 2 or more on an idea. Take a second an think on that one. Networking is far more powerful than your thoughts alone. You do not do it for affirmation. Simply you seek for like minded individuals in what you're end goal is. I always do everything I speak about. At one point even the ones closest to me doubted me. I never really thought much about it, I just kept moving forward. I agree with this concept but I am also a firm believer of what God has for You is for YOU. I was once a CNA now an RN, Landlord, Home Health care Owner and Medical Staffing Agency Owner. Whenever I had new tech ideas I would speak of it and time pass and the invention was released. Phones listen to you. I believe ideas get stolen by speaking out loud about it. I changed into this method and I’ve been blessed with what I have today. Compose ideas on paper, never digitally.

I'm guilty of so many mistakes mentioned in this video, and didn't realize why I've felt I've failed at everything that's come to mind most of my life. But this has a LOT of the clues why... my need to seek validation (which I didn't realize I was doing til recently) has been like shooting myself in the foot. Just this morning I was gathering info on how to start keeping my own counsel more and being friendly in other ways that aren't so annoying as blurting things out that I found interesting because I wanted to participate in convos. I'm sure I've made myself look foolish dozens of times by sheer accident because of this, or lost out on opportunities because I told the wrong person. I needed to see this tonight and it'll help me make my goals for the new year, and some smaller, more urgent, goals to start this weekend. I'm going to listen one more time and sleep on it. Tomorrow I need to put much of this into practice for work and elsewhere.
