Google maps in Hk is probably the best and easiest way to get around. It even tells you how many minutes until the next bus arrives. You just have to play with it a little i guess but you’ll love it once you get the hang of it.😃

Take MTR to Central Station and take Exit K (Statue Square exit). Then make your way toward and through HSBC building, cross Queen's Road Central and take Garden Road to the Garden Road Peak Tram Lower Terminus. It's around 5-7 minutes walk from Metro station and then you have to buy a separate Peak Tram ticket.

You wouldn't need a lot of apps besides google maps & klook in HK but you can also download 1) MTR app to check the best travel route, 2) Octopus app if you would like a digital octopus card, 3) HKTaxi to book taxi & 4) foodpanda for food delivery in case you want to order in.
