easily my favorite apartment i've seen featured. that bathroom will live in my head and heart for the rest of my life.

I love when he explained how the dining table was put on this theatrical perspective. Also the unexpected guest bedroom was so cute.

Okay, so this is now my favourite apartment featured of Never too Small! So clever and beautifully designed and decorated. I could quite happily live here. I love everything about it!

This might be my new favourite on this channel. Great range of contrast in shape, scale, textures and function. Also, really like the clever moments of interactive design, keeps it fun and childlike while remaining subtle and sophisticated. Well done!

I love the style of this apartment!! But you can also tell they actually live there, lots of practical little details.

This apartment does NOT look like it's 645 sq ft. The simple rope system for the laundry is such a unique take, especially since it makes full use of the high ceiling. Much better imo than the automated systems you see nowadays. Lovely design!

Always amazed when I look at a space like this and realize that it is smaller than my apartment yet looks twice as big! If only I could remove my interior walls!

At this point this channel should change their name to Never Too Big

Really love what they did with the space! It's so functional for such a minimal space. The coloured grouting in the bathroom too. Very well thought out! Love that officespace and mezzanine too!
Upcoming avalanche of 60m2 is not small comments....

Because 60sqm isn't small in Paris !
@tom.12 сағат бұрын
60m2 + high ceilings hardly gives any tiny living challenges and does not require as much design creativity. How to deal with a seriously small living space is what makes this channel so intersting for me. So - in my opinion - this type of comment - altough predictible - makes sense. Nonetheless a great place and video.

In Paris it definitely isn't.

It's definitely big for Paris. The channel is in fact named Never Too Small. Not the first big appartement to be featured here though. I have to admit that for someone looking for a place on a rather tight budget, my interest for this channel stemmed from its featuring of ingeniously laid out, well, small appartement.

Almost. There are two fun highlights and the rest is mind numbing white. Where is the art? The whimsy of the hammock is a lonely flower in parking lot.

Great apartement, and great neighborhood not far from where I live. But talking about "small" for a 60sqm... in Paris. I mean come on. You know a place is not small when you have separate dinner and living rooms.

@dianapatterson15592 сағат бұрын
Very interesting, but the revised layout did not show those columns, which seem to be necessary to replace the wall the existed between the two separate apartments. Those columns take up space, situate storage, and are clearly necessary to keep the building standing. Thus the drawing is misleading.

The apartment is amazing, but this used to be "small houses" and slowly we're coming to big and expensive luxury items... I miss the "creative" choices and features
@youarebymyside32 минут бұрын
That is a beautiful apartment, but 60 square meters for "never too small" feels silly. I live in a 55 square meters apartment and it is quite enough. And when it comes to cleaning, it's too much lol. My granny lives in around 30 square meters.

@jaycarver48863 сағат бұрын
I wish the dimensions were included on the floor plan. Even just the width and length of the entire apartment would be helpful because visually it seems much larger. Seeing a person moving around in the space leads me to believe that it's much larger. Are my eyes playing tricks?
@ldw273952 минут бұрын
I dislike the kitchen, it looks so terribly cheap 🫠 otherwise some creative ideas were implemented (clothing rack, moveable counter). I love the little plant nook, it brings color to the rather sterile feel of this apartment.

@sebeckley3 сағат бұрын
Some of it's brilliant, but a straight kitchen is a terrible layout. Other than the hammock and table, there is no personality. No art. Too much white. Long stretches of yawn. The front hall and front toilet are depressing and ugly.
