Absolutely GOATed in randoms. Worst is when you’re choice locked into an effective/non effective/immune move when it comes in. Sets up one substitute and it doesn’t miss a leech seed it’s a nightmare. Reminds me of galarian mr mime last season. That Pokémon was a monster with freeze dry/psychic/focus blast + nasty plot. So bulky too.

The crit on command was amazing, but I was also dying at the most useless Oricorio of all time. Comes in to revenge kill, misses hurricane, takes a blizzard for 99%, then gets ice sharded

Notes for game 1: Because ice shard didn't 1-hit the garchomp I think it could be called an objective misplay, but pressing another move doesn't make a big difference there. Otherwise Golduck vs Sunflora was certainly a point you could've taken more time with your decisions to possibly change the game state, especially if you had more hp on Ceititan. But yeah tough game with so many of your mons being monotype and tera of the same type yet still not 1 hit ko-ing resists.

30:13 In the last battle why didn’t he use e speed with rayquaza one last time against the gyrados? It was dead anyway if it switched back in because of the stealth rock. It didn’t end up mattering but it had me really dumbfounded.

I had the same thought so I looked at the calcs. Intimidated Rayquaza does ~25% with E speed. Gyarados could have danced a second or third time. +2 or +3 Tera Blast are guaranteed OHKOs on Banette, meaning he wouldn't have gotten off the Poltergeist before the Shadow Sneak. Immediately switching stopped it at just +1, although he may have been screwed if Gyarados just attacked instead of setting up.
