Minimal flare ups sleep well and no longer seeing doctors. I walk a lot go out shopping and living my life. Thank you for your information. Keep it coming. Awesome stuff.

I am a retired hypnotherapist. It's when I learned about TMS. When i trained in psychology. And I sometimes used elements with clients. It fixed my IBS. I helped many others. Addressing the subconscious can be very helpful. It can work. But the key is desire and trust. Sorry you haven't had a good response. But I know hypnotherapy can and does work. But it's all down to desire. No one can make anyone even stop smoking. (The light part of my work) people would say. Can you stop me smoking. No. But if you truly want to. I can help. Same goes for other problems. It's that brain again. 😮 and self belief.

You hit the nail on the head with the importance of consistency. I find it almost impossible to do anything for long enough for it to take effect, I seem to constantly get blown off course by some crisis or obligation or other. Not making excuses, just agreeing that if there is one skill to master, it’s consistency… I’m working on it. 😉🙏

Exactly. Me too. It's so easy to be blown of the consistency track.

Oh yes! Been thru some doozies years ago in Cali Really gets your attention huh? Gives new meaning to rock n roll😂 Anyway you are so right. I believe. I'm not listening to Dr's anymore bc they don't know. It's not their fault..they never learned. And most don't want to learn anything new. Sad...So I heal and get better and better. I do use self hypnosis for relaxation and it truly helps especially when anxiety ramps up. It teaches me more deep controlled breathing. You, Dan tho, have taught me how to cure myself. My therapist for10 yrs did nothing. She has wonderful intentions but no help. I'm unlearning a lot of crappy info bc of your program. Today I have hope. I'm on day/ night 4 with ZERO any aide or meds. Unreal!!! No pain again at night. Did wake up but no pain. That's not happened in 15 yrs! 2 cabcers, mono, fractured back, torn shoulder etc....lots if pain, and I ended up with medical ptsd from chemo. This is why your program is a miracle for me. Nothing was working before. Lol...my inner power is getting better and better. I am getting stronger day by day. Thank you Dan! We do have power to conquer anything. This is a new journey. All my Dr's have no clue and that's ok today. I forgive them. Learned that here too..how to forgive. Rock on🎉❤ thank you. Have a super Sunday 🎉

Dan, could you do a video on overcommitting and then flaking? I.e. you get excited about some social plan, or have trouble letting those who invited you down, so you say yes, and then when it comes around, the anticipatory pain kicks in and you either calm yourself down and go, or freak yourself out and flake out (or, reasonably decide it’s too much too soon and flake). Or, you go and either end up fine, or end up in a flare with people who may not be the most understanding of your issue. The key thing I’m struggling with is figuring out whether the commitment I want to flake on is actually “too much too quickly”, and it’s actually best for my recovery to not go, or if I’m just afraid and it is within my reach to calm myself down, attend, and enjoy myself… And ironically, dwelling on whether to go or stay back is not the best thing either :,) Thank you for all your amazing content.

Thank you for this message Dan! I am always underestimating what I really can do. Until I don't think about it and just do it! Lately I am aware of time -- feeling like I want much more back that I feel was "stolen" by health/tms issues. The earthquake in CT felt like a truck crashed through my house. So grateful we don't live in places with major ones. You are so appreciated. Every day I am here and listening/implementing even if i don't comment ❤❤

Thank you Dan! I was thinking how Sarno's (and Dan's) work helped me so much to recover from long covid and how grateful I am for it. Yet, on the other hand, there are other people that I know who suffer from long covid and they don't even want to hear about Sarno, they don't even believe that I'm better. It pisses me off and I can't do much about it, yet I really hate seeing people suffering when it is possible to recover.
@erinm94459 ай бұрын
Unfortunately we have to let each person be on their own journey. We can tell them about our own of course, but what they do with it is up to them, and we honor them by letting them find their own way, even when it looks like unnecessary suffering to us. I struggle with this--a lot--too, so telling you this is a good reminder to myself ❤

I just discovered a roadblock ( mental) to my recovery! So maybe this helps someone too.. Hope is such a beautiful word. Friends say: we HOPE you get better.. I myself say: hopefully today the pain will be doable.. hopefully that activity will be okay.. Hopefully those people will be kind /comprehensive etc.. Can make thousands of sentences like that! I either think them or say them out loud(to my spouse) etc.. Wait a minute !! I always say that I don’t fear!! But I DO! Hope this and hopefully that are expressing lots of fear! I need to change this mental pattern by dropping hopefully and just say: I will be able to do this or that.. It might seem small but for me it was a big lightbulb 💡 going of. I’m so happy that my brain can still come up with new insights every single day and THAT gives ME the power of changing that stuck survival state I’m in. We don’t want to survive ! We want to live and thrive.. In a flare but my brain is working flawlessly, Hihihi ! Have a lovely safe day Dan and everyone ❤
