And this is my first time ever hearing that line. It doesn’t even flow together well. Listen him say that line and then the line after. He just sounds normal saying that and then the next he sounds weak

The ending is a lot more nicer for arthur if you have high honor. The low honor ending is supposed to feel bad because its supposed to fit how arthur was when he was alive. I highly reccomend playing again and getting the high honor ending, plus a lot of the dialogue and cutscenes are different if arthur has high honor.

Once aurthur was getting sick I wanted to take my time to to ever stranger so that I could get my honor up, you could also walk around Saint Denis and greet everyone. That also gives you honor.

Just wait until you're close to the ending and then go spam the "Greet" button. Honor rewards are increased during the final part of Chapter 6, so the player has a final opportunity to raise or lower honor before the final mission.

One of the small details that make me love this game is the cutscene right after saving abigail from clinton the way Sadie reacts to Abigail crying about johns possible death sadies facial expression switches very slightly has if she was trying hold off her tears as she knows the pain Abigail was feeling because its the same of her losing her husband jake

I always had low honor throughout the gameplay but towards the end it started climbing up, and when i did this last mission it was just enough to get me the high honour ending and the first time i saw deer in the cutscene instead of the wolf.

4 different endings depending upon the choices made... two for get money high honor and low,then help John with high or low so far all I got was two low honer endings and 1 high. I had multiple saves tho close to end now I'm just using Arthur in chapter 6 not finishing story just staying with Arthur exploring

You should check out the other choice in the end mission, you get to fight Micah with a knife instead of your fists! I also wanna say calling the epilogue just a bunch of filler is kinda stupid. The epilogue is where John goes from a deadbeat to a family man. Its a pivotal part of his character development.

Yeah, but if you have low honor and go back for the money he plunges a knife into your chest. If you have high honor, and go back you get to bleed out watching the sunrise. And with high honor "go back for money" ending, Arthur cuts Micah's eye out so has a scar and one eye in the Epilogue.

Hear me out. I personally like this ending. It was a lot more impactful to me vs the high honor ending, and the only reason is that he lived this life and died while wanting out of it, in other words he lived the the sword and died by the sword. He got a quick death to stop his suffering and I think it shows the sacrifice that he was willing to make so John and his family could live their own lives. When he looks at Micah and says. “Then damn us both!” It was pretty much a “I’ll see you in hell” situation. As much as I like the High honor ending… this one meant more to me.

I don’t understand how people can play Arthur with low honor on their first playthrough, to me it just demonstrates that they completely miss the whole message and theme of the game and fail to understand Arthur’s character. It’s hard to watch ngl when they see him get shot and they’re all like “😮 that’s it? honestly low honor help John is a great ending don't even trip. my favorite is going back for the money with high honor but still. no way Arthur can gun down as many people as he did and then play the hero at the end. he did a lot of good when he was on his way out but it doesn't even come CLOSE to making up for all he's done. as the player we know Arthur is more than that but to Micah he's just a wolf in sheep's clothing. it's a fitting and brutal end, and honestly I wish I had gotten it first instead of the high honor end.
