zzz gameplay isn’t bad but my main problem with the game is the fact that the character design is extremely mid at best. There’s nothing to get excited for in zzz.

Hoyo last hope is HSR dev teams as for genshin and zzz both bad badly from gameplay to devs and rn new babies borns as wuwa and NTE and there more in the way so as advice play what you enjoy ethier enjoy play game bcz its famous or for specific character or for system/gacha system...etc, but after all don't over play games if yoy have time enjoy it always remember its not real its to enjoy do what ever must have done first

To early to cook. Look at WuWa, they hear but what happen. Ranked 7th in sales. Even porn games (Snowbreak) sold better. How many cope WuWa will kill ZZZ? WuWa 1.1 which been state much better that 1.0 was 6x less compare to ZZZ. This not about Hoyo, but about overhypes that kills game later. NTE right now only been tested on PC not mobile. Basically performance out because of UE5. Good mechanic is temporary feeling, if the content not deliver well. It just die the next day.

hahahaha my bro created weekly reports for an Indonesian page wuwa he already earned more than 100 million dollars in less than 2 months that is a resounding success jinshi has already been on the banner for 1 month obviously he won't earn as much anymore and finally comes changli, zzz is earning something but he didn't surpass genshin or HSR in its first month, then we could say that it is a failure without mentioning that many people are abandoning the game, that can be read perfectly in playstore with a rating of 3.6 and many criticizing and uninstalling the game

To push some of your point further yes overhyping kills game, and ZZZ is being overhyped a LOT by CC (paid ?) and people were expecting a LOT better from a multimillion company like hoyo, lots of people are high on copium right now, and from the look of things the ZZZ development team seems to be as stingy and deaf to complaints as the genshin devs team (tv are still a central part of the game even if they are unanimously hated by most since the first beta), so i don't expect zzz to beat HSR or even genshin long term As you said "good mechanic is a temporary feeling" and the gameplay of ZZZ is only good on a surface level (visually) so the only things keeping ZZZ afloat right now is the hoyo buff and copium that things will get better Casuals are already dropping because of the 30 hours baby mode tutorials, and those that pushed through are already burned out from repetitiveness, ZZZ if they don't change course might be the first big hoyo flop since genshin (mind you an hoyo flop is still profitable against the competition since some people are ride or die for hoyo ...) To your point on WuWa , it didn't get the hoyo buff, nor the covid buff yet it stands against actual genshin numbers already, that is a small miracle considering the genshin toxicity and misinformation spreading from the community, can't judge yet long term but they are putting money on improvements (1.1 was a huge improvement in quality in story and VA, bug fixing and optimisation are constant,PS5 is coming ...) which is what is seriously lacking from Hoyo (except HSR team, they seem to handle criticism and respond, exception to confirm the rule maybe ?) Hoyo had multiple years to literally dominate the market in quality and originality, they chose to rest on their laurels, they are reaping what they sowed, a lot of other companies are catching up and hoyo will be caught with its pants down, and its a good thing for every players, competition breeds innovation

@@TrustNo0ne666 You know why it stand not because of people ride hoyo but the company knows their market. People hope ZZZ is like other Open World or GI 2.0 but it literally more to DnD. It will stay because it made for this people (probably not you). Because if a business released another open world with better mechanic, player literally burnout without repetitive. Let's say you play games, you have WuWa, GI, Aether Gazer and ToF. 4 Open World already in same mechanic. Its more burn out. Yes, some player might not play everything at all. But some did. So when open a business, you sell variety of stuff for different market instead of sell a single product only. IDK about stingy dev (basically a blind people that don't hear). The feedback from Beta player literally said "reduce the TV mode" and DaWei said it should be combat focus in dev log. They replied to improve on that one, since this team lack of experience and that's how Rally mode exist, they try to do right thing. It just show how you not pay attentions instead being hate.

Actually tof gacha is more generous if you think about it But it's bad for building pity like above comment mentioned. The good side is your pity 80 pull doesn't reset ,even you got 5*. So, you can still get two or more 5* in 80 pull And if you wanna comperable in other gacha like genshin if you have bad luck you need two times 90pull/80 pull which means around 180pull/160pull for single rate up banner 5* Meanwhile in ToF you just need 120 pull to spark/buy from shop. The only bad thing it's just for building pity lol 😂😂

ToF gacha actually teaches you to be patient and encourages people to save and invest. Genshin gacha makes you impulsive because you want to build pity for the character on the next banner but luck was not on your side and you got the current limited banner character instead, making you lost your opportunity to get the guarantee for the next banner character.

Tired people keeps bringing up ZZZ when ZZZ not SUPPOSE TO BE AN OPEN WORLD. It’s as mindless as comparing arknights to Genshin. No one would’ve complained (at least no one who was originally already in the gacha game community way before Genshin) If ZZZ wasn’t from Hoyo or came out before hsr and Genshin. Is it the best game ever? No. But very exaggeratedly hated on just for the sake of it. As a stand alone game it’s not by any means bad.

You can full well compare the two. Just because it's open world doesn't change the fact that this is much higher effort than ZZZ. Everything looks like what ZZZ is trying to be.
