Warlock is in mod 17 very expensive to build, reason is magnitude is lower in every option than other class, that means power needs to be hell high, you will need buff % power, damage where you can, dragonborn give 3% too, but if you build it right, buy the right things, right rotation, right boons you need all boons, bonding and empower rank 15... But then you have a possibilty to be in top 3 everytime no matter which dungeon you enter

Also Lifebind, is one of the most powerful feats for soulweavers. Lingering Sustain is weak for end game.

SS is the most counter productive encounter. Using it reduces your damage by 7.5% .... I rarely use it. I prefer the damage % output. So for Single & AoE builds, I use the bottom feat allowing my puppet to reduce my encounter timer instead. Also, the build you disclose here is for AoE purposes. One caveat, I would recommend using HFR, FB, and KF with NpNM & Dark Prayers. You will tag mobs with Lesser curse using HFR and FB or KF anyways... And boosts your encounter damage by 20% extremely quick... For single like ToMM, you are better off using Creeping Death, ACC and DC.

i used to run my warlock all the time, but after all the changes im just lost. i play on xbox so still mod 17. im trying to find something to play that makes me happy. tryed a pally tank and its no, my healing cleric is killed by a pally healer, so no. The wizard is close to what my warlock used to be but I'm clueless. I do not want to quit but I am really not happy. Maybe I will try and stream and hope someone with a clue can tell me how to salvage something that I like to play.

I have a warlock, it will never do same damage cause magnitude is lower than other class in every option... So you need a hell lot of power.. Currently i have 170k, it works

@@hillbillytrollop9399 yeah, it's a shame but a 210k power warlock can be heavily outdpsed by a 160k wizard. The hybrid tax really hurts in this game.

@@termothegreat1691 Maybe bacuse warlock has self healing while mage doesn't? If warlock had same dps but more heals none would use mages

@@aledi1430 They haven't selfhealing, they have a healer path. And people plays the class that is more fun for them. Wizard and Warlock are very different gameplay. I deleted my 4 years Warlock because the class sucks as DPS, now i'm playing a Wizard and it's super boring compared with Warlock. The question is: Who wants to play a subpar DPS class like Warlock? They should delete the class.

whats the best build for soloing? i really dont group since my WoW days. too many snot nosed little know it alls giving me grief because im not kitted out exactly the way they think i should be or because i havent memorized the fights.

hey man wich weapon set should i go before lionheart, alabaster or burnished? also wich artifact set? thanks

Alabaster is more a solo play set, where burnished is going to be better in group content with a healer. Demon Lord Set is the BiS set still, but you could make due with another set like the trobriand ring set

Does vampiric embrace heal/give temp hp to party members?

Yes... but it should be avoided if running with a paladin healer, and it's heal is so small that's at best "meh"
