Well the helmet is just a reskin of the one you could get from the Tyranny merchant

they even gave it and in green lvl up gear from quests. i have it in my paladin, but yes you can have it from tyranny of dragons merchant too

At least it's better than mod 17. After the daily and/or weekly you were done. There was no zone to farm for currency and gear.

talk about lazy reskin mod. That distilled holy water similar idea from mod 14 (that belt that was completely useless) and named monsters that drop gear same as chult.

Looks like my goofy celstial prominence/music box combo build might actually be useful lol CP will proc most "on daily use" effects when you cast it and again when it detonates (on ps4 anyway.) A non crit lets me keep the set ability up for 20 secs and a crit raises that to 35 secs. (The flail snail ap gain power also multi procs lessening the downtime.) Makes me wish I had been able to get the 5th tale for my envenomed journal...

My only issue is as mods change and the game evolves, you lose all those items to took forever to upgrade, just in time for a change. I wish they would sell or have the option for a way to at least get the consumables and RP back out of an item, or an exchange an enchantment or item for an item that brings to back to what you had. It wouldn't even be game breaking, as you would lose the old item.
