Regarding class features, they did actually change flames of empowerment and they have removed combat advantage from NPNM and moved it to our curse mechanic. It looks like maybe you filmed this before the second round of changes as they have made changes to soul investiture. We now get 20% off the bat, which I presume is to make up for the fact that hellfire ring DOT's don't stack it for us anymore. Cool downs are supposed to effect curse bite now too. I am like one of the other commenters though and do feel it's very look what we are increasing over here, so you don't see us nerf you down here. Also the soul puppet is getting a buff as it will now scale properly off our stats, you didn't touch on that. Be interesting to see what the testing shows... if it shows much. But definitely does not feel like strong overall improvements. I'm hoping I'm wrong.

Yes, they rolled back the soul spark generation thing BECAUSE "WE" pointed out how screwed up it was! BUT Now they have introduced a new NERF on at-will soul spark generation. Increase something here .... Decrease something there .... Bait and switch, shell game stuff. Devs thinking if we change stuff back and forth really really fast maybe they won't notice we actually NERFED Warlocks. And yes, they moved the 20% from Hell Fire Ring Soul Investiture to automatic 5 stacks. My understanding is additional stacks of soul investiture add 2% damage to that base of 20%. But I am sure they are not done making changes. I expect a 3rd and 4th wave of changes before Mod 30 hits. More and more it is looking like shell game, bait and switch stuff, or blindfold throwing darts at a dartboard.

It's actually very unlike them to roll something that big back, so I am trying to be hopeful that they are listening but also not holding my breath, cause if they truly listened, they'd give us Pillar of Power back and they would have simply given us what we asked for all those years ago, which was to recognise templock as a healer, not completely gut us and rebuild us. They'd also give us some actual usable single target powers if they really listening lolz.
