Probably try relaxing your nervous system then intentionally do a 5 to 10 min meditation and affirm your desire. Keep practicing and you’ll eventually have a satisfying feeling that your desire will come no matter what…. TRUST and relax that it’s done. How do you know that it’s done? It’s the relief you get whenever you think of that desire
