Not only is that just incredibly powerful for finding flathead and other fish. Literally a birds eye view, but that’s some of the best footage I’ve seen of a flathead stalking and taking a bait

I’d love to see the life that comes into the shallows at night on Westernport. Wow Nev that is the best fishing eat footage I have ever seen, to be able to see it so clearly that was so well done. Two years ago I caught a 78cm flatty on a daiwa double clutch at lake tyers about 1m from shore and only 40cm of water on 1-4kg infeet ex with 6lb braid and 8lb leader it took me 15 minutes to get to the bank, again Nev that was a fantastic video cheers mate.

What an amazing morning and some fantastic footage. So interesting to see how those big ones behave in the shallows. It seems the hard bodies can have a polarising effect; they either entice an immediate charge and strike or spook them. Plastics can give you a few more casts in the same area without moving them on. More drone stuff please, I love it.

Very impressive ! It would be great to see more vidoes of drone recon kayak fishing for flatties and other top water species. It would also be interesting to see videos of underwater recon kayak fishing around jetties and other structures like oyster racks using a GoFish camera or similar. Well done !

Nice footage and what a quality session! First surface fish is pretty awesome too! I fished a river I hadn’t for years today and it was on fire, lost count after 20 but they were all small 20-40cm, so set up 4lb outfit for fun, not one large fish seen and none caught on bait, typically I’ll set a large bait for the big girl while casting plastics. Keep em coming mate! Top notch work!
