I bought a 150qt cooler on clearance at Walmart and mounted a tsunami pump externally and ran tubing inside that sits above the waters surface and shoots it at an angle to create a little current and oxygen. After the first trip with it, I made a filter system on the intake with pvc and filter media. Works great and was pretty easy to build. Built it all for under 150 bucks and keeps a lot of bait. Also have an aireator mounted to it for more oxygen.

Bro I know you know how to fish. I have come to find in my 66 years that the fish will bite the tore end of the worm first. Now you may have another motive for putting it on that way you do. You have taught me so much. Not telling the pro how to do it. But I catch more bait fish that way. With the tore end at the sharp end of hook.

One thing you may want to look out for is the FDA has new standards for water and most cities are switching from chlorine to chlormine (spelling ?) which is a combination of chlorine and ammonia to treat water and to kill bacteria and its alot harder to get out. Youll need to research it for bait. Most water filters wont take it out and killed my womans house plants and her cats wont hardly drink it. We switched to rain water for both and the cats and plants much happier. We went to reverse osmosis for the house recently. Sorry about the run on sentence 🤯. Its important for alot of reasons. Oh and dont discount those small green sun fish. Some nights when they dont seem to be biting we switch everything to those small greenies and bam fish everywhere. Caught five over forty one night all on small greenies. Keep you eye on your water,😀. Great vid and keep your powder dry and your pantry stocked young man 💪😎🙏🏻

What’s the name of those things you clip on your rods to hold the line when you have big baits? How do you find those? I want some. I fish from the bank and I struggle with big baits running off with the clicker or sometimes the current is so strong it drags my clicker out. Those would be very useful to me.

In the early 90s we had bats that would eat bugs around the street lights . Anyway I told my science teacher about it and he said he would like a specimen to study. So when the bats started feeding around the street light I got my fishing rod and a crank bait threw it over the power line just in front of the street light and caught two right away. The science teacher was surprised and thrilled to have them in his class. For the life of me I can not remember his name.

I've found using just a mosquito hook and a piece of worm with no weight gets perch/bluegill fired up like pirahnas. They think it's a natural piece of food falling thru the water under its own weight, and the mosquito hook is so small they can't tell it's there until they slurp it.
