4:15 to 4:23 was the last time that particular music cue was used. I believe the last time that music cue was played was during the beginning of the 1897 storyline. It was played so often between the early Barnabas episodes up to near the end of the 1795 storyline, and less frequently after that.

And now we have one of the biggest continuity errors in the entire series: if Barnabas made Roxanne a vampire in 1840, how did they not know each other/recognize each other in 1970? I've seen several explanations trying to rationalize this phenomenon but, to me, this has always been one of the most disappointing aspects of the at-large storyline.
