Because it's actually a Bridge... or possibly an alternate chorus. The chorus would be this part... Dig and Scenery & Fish are my favorite, I still listen to them- even though I don't like Edwin, I think he made the band sound better than Brian does but they're still good with Brian. I haven't bought their new album yet, I probably will on iTunes.

This song is near perfect in every respect, the lyrics, vocals, instrumental, composition, it's all amazing. Just because it's clean doesn't mean it's not rock, rock is much too broad a genre to be defined by something so trivial. And this song is original, I've not heard much like it.

I grew up with the greats. Zeppelin, Deep Purple, Zappa, to Nirvana, STP Foo Fighters and on and on. Played in quite a few hair bands in the 80's and early 90's and some music that came from that time spawned some great musicians but I've been wondering where the next great bands are gonna come from and I wonder no more. You guys (and some others) are part of the preservation of the legacy of rock and I love you for that. It does my heart good in many ways. 3 words. NICE F***ING JOB!!

Unmistakably IME. A few reasons why I love these guys so much...nobody sounds like them...a sound of their own, a lot of influence in their music from many of the greats (Zeppelin, Rush, Floyd, Santana to name a few...) and CANADIAN! This song has been a mainstay on the top 9 at 9 on 97.7 HTZ FM since it came out in Feburary. People want something real. Jag and IME wanted to give the fans and the listening audience they could get behind that was real and away from all the crap that goes on in the radio business. Hence this song not having a label. Its not even on a record. That is my mind is justified as real rock. Its about forgetting the crap and just getting down to business.
