good informative review. You mentioned you're riding the low suspension settings. Just curious how tall are you? and what is the lowest seat setting for the Rallye? thanks!

We're looking at around 30.5" for the seat height on the low chassis with the low seat - also 5'7" and a medium fit me proper cause I'm nice and slim. Thanks - ride safe!

Rallye slimmer and less bulky than GSA. I've have mine for 6,000 miles now and love it. Love the colors too!

I'm confused. When you said this Rallye is more capable for off-road, I'm taking it as better off-road capability than GS & GS Adventure. But then you also said that the positioning is at between of GS & GSA... So, what do you actually mean for that, anyway??

I believe this motorcycle borrows features from the two motorcycles you mentioned. It has the offroad characteristics of the GSA but also has the lightweight & nimble handling of the standard GS. Thanks for your question - ride safe!

serious question: If you add a tall wind screen, center stand, normal seat, highway tires....how is it different from a regular R1200GS? Specifically, how is it more off-road focused?

Ted Ferenczy The optional sport suspension coupled with the things you’ve mentioned make it more off road intentioned from the factory. The option of the sport suspension and new color way have made this a hot selling bike. Thanks for watching and ride safe!
