NEW 2019 BMW M850i - First Impressions & Full Review

My first look and walk-around of the brand new BMW 8 Series! This particular car is the 2019 M850i xDrive Coupe, finished in Black Sapphire paintwork.
The e M850i with a 4.4l TwinPower Turbo V8, making 530hp and 750nm which means 0-100km/h (0-62mph) in a staggering 3.7 seconds thanks to the xDrive all wheel drive system.

You're on point as always my friend. I've been waiting for this one. Overall I love the design and direction BMW is going with. It looks amazing in black although the wheels should be optioned larger as you said. The rear of the car is beautiful with the exception of the exhaust tips. But that can be remedied with an aftermarket exhaust or larger tips. The interior finish is amazing but the brushed aluminum clashes with colors. A carbon fiber option would look better. I'm not surprised to hear this one was sold already. Well done !

Thanks mate! Yeah design is impressive futuristic while preserving the BMW heritage and classical lines. the wheels are 20's but tires should be larger they kept it for the M8 which I recon 265 and 285 like the M4 ZP I hope they will put 295 lets see. Me too I dislike the shape of the exhaust tips I prefer circular shape better but they wont to distinguish this with the M cars!

My man!!! Very beautiful car. So many pros but some cons as well. Too bad it doesn't have the V12 engine. The 8 should have no optionals. Its THE flagship car. At least it was. Its natural that it is sold as you say cuz it has the individual markings. Someone custom ordered it. Anyway, thank you and congrats on the video 👍

Thanks Pavlos like always, V12 will be super heavy for already large and heavy car this weighs around tons already. This was not ordered btw just for display but it went out on the same day soon we we will be able to drives them cant wait :D

Few remarks to the reporter. 1- Although I share with you the love for the 8 series, but Good Job that you did not agree with everything like other reporters who for them everything is WOW. 2- I wish you had elaborated more on the technical side; Engine, Transmission, Performance, Dynamics, etc. 3- Good statement criticizing the fake vents... BMW you should have known better !! This is not a Hyundai. 4- I disagree on your praise for the front bumper. I think it's too sporty (funky), In my opinion the 8 series should keep a level of Conservative/Sporty, or Classy/Aggressive. Something like the front of the standard 6 series (not the M package) would represent the 8 character better. But this is a personal opinion. 5- I never heard anyone criticizing the inward engraving of doors, I did not like it. If it was buffed outwards with opposite curvature, the 8 would be a beauty queen. Also, I did not like the two lines along the side that are before the rear wheel to almost meet each other. They should have been straight, sharp, with more accent. 6- I still love this car as much as I love the Aston Martin DB11. Anyways you're natural and honest, and good job.

- Technical and proper detailed will be talked about once I review the car on the road, this to makes the current video not very long. - the Idea Musab of the 8 series to make sportier than the competitors it is aiming more sporty look than luxurious but without compromising much on the second - the lines are subjective as u said either u like it or u dont but it is a new design for BMW lets see how it goes from here
