New 2021 HUSQVARNA FE Rally Kit Build

Made this Rally Build based on the Husqvarna FE 450cc 2021 and turned it into a Rally racing bike as my friend Pierpaolo needed to race the Deus Swank Rally and the Sardinia Rally Legend. Using the Rebel X Rally Kit we installed Roadbook, Tripmaster with Cap repeater and GPS so that he could take part in these amateur events. We also added some soft waterproof bags so that we could bring some extra stuff on the bike.

Superb kit, I love the fact that the screen/fairing are quick release and also the dedicated power cable to the tower and fuse box. I have a 2021 FE 501 that had the basic Rade Garage tower kit fitted by the original owner, but am keen to look at changing over to one of your kits.

Thanks Scott! happy you liked this build, I believe the 501 is such a great bike for offroad. Recently I was riding one and I prefer the power delivery of the 501 over the 450cc as the bike is so much smoother but at the same times provides more grip. Here in Italy due to trails being all technical enduro very few get sold but I find it the ideal bike for rally racing

Thanks for taking the time to share all this information. Your builds are very thoughtful and reflect your considerable experience in the sport. There are many people using the 450/500/501 platform for light adventure duty. I haven’t found anything better. Once you experience the power, suspension, and build quality of these bikes everything else is just too slow, heavy, and just not fun.

I think its gonna be a while before a KTM 450 build, coming in next got the KTM 690, the Husqvarna 701 LR Adventure and Yamaha WR.....But I could always build your KTM Exc and use it to make the video :P

Always start with KTM and end with the Japanese ones :-) :-) :-) I just wanted to see it completed from different angles with the decals. I've already build my 790 with the Rebel X kit and it went very well - it was easy to install

Usually I find that on the front the ideal is between 13-15 liters and rear 5-7 liters tanks. Currently in for Dakar 2021! Will announce soon what bike I will be building to race :) Thanks a lot for your support!

No unfortunately there is no fairing that can be fitted without some sort of bracket or tower. Some people custom make their own brackets and just buy the fairings
