Well, it looks nice and all. But if we can't get one, it's a moot point.

I had no Desire for one in 1972 when I bought My Yamaha GT-80 and I have no Desire for one today . I think people will buy them for Nostalgia However. I like the Honda Cub Trail a lot better. I upgraded to a Yamaha YZ-80-A in 1974 then I put a GYT kit in it that tripled the power.. Later I bought a used GT-80 and Put a GYT kit in that.. If the engine even came on the pipe it would blow the headlight fuse.. Then all the Rivets in the flywheel sheared and I installed an Internal Rotor CDI Ignition from a Newer YZ-80 did tons of port work .. It would do 0 to 85 MPH in a few seconds than ran out of gearing.. I had to shim the clutch springs to keep them from slipping.. The YZ-80's had way larger clutches with more plates and more springs and way better suspension . I blew the doors of from My Dad's Yamaha DT-250 , from my friends Honda XL-250 and XL-350 a Kawaski 350 Green Horn .. a Honda XL-350 ect Then my Neighbor let me ride his Yamaha AT-500 .. when I weighed about 115 pounds.. That thing would rip. I gave it the gas in first gear and shifted 1st through 4th it's top gear with the front end about 1.5 feet off from the ground. I think I surprised my neighbor .. Sadley he died in a car accident and his Father sold the bike .. Not much suspension but a way lower seat height than modern dirt bikes have .

If they bring it to the US, I will definitely buy one. If they release it in metallic blue, it would be a killer. The original Dax looked terrific in that color.

I cannot figure out why Honda brings the smaller engine, Navi to the US where speeds are higher but Honda doesn't bring the larger engine. They got it backwards. Navi engine is too small for use in America's streets, but this bike is OK but it may not make it to the US. Honda is doing it backwards.
@NewBikeMikeChannel2 жыл бұрын
Navi is being marketed at a campground bike you can pout on an RV, a training bike, A beginner bike for someone that just got a license and for someone that isn't going to ride highways, more choices are better, they have other options besides the Navi in the mini moto lineup they are just going to cost more...

These little bikes are so bitter sweet. These things at my local stealerships in So Cal with taxes and "dealer adjustments" raise their OTD prices up to about 50-75% from MSRP. Like forget it, it makes no sense to get something like this when a bigger freeway legal bike is not that far off. But hey, I don't blame em, there are more suckers willing to pay than their is supply so oh well!

Had the dax when I was a kid in the 70's. Unfortunately it currently only comes with 1 channel ABS for the front wheel & a new law in Australia requires them to have 2 channel ABS, so both wheels then have ABS, to be legal. If they introduce 2 channel ABS, I think they will bring this bike to Australia. If they do I will buy one.

Lately all Honda does is lie about what they are sending then cancel orders on what was actually going to ship now they will kill the goldwing here and most likely shutter a perfectly good production line that could easily be retooled for the smaller bikes and scooters they cancelled. Whoever is running the show claiming parts and shipping issues needs to explain why Kawasaki, Yamaha and Suzuki don’t have these mystical issues. You’re folding Honda and king time customers are getting sick of it

Good Points, frugal on petrol, disc brakes all round and probably ABS, as they have no choice! Bad points , size in 2022 traffic, its very small compared to the massive cars now on the road, in UK small wheels will just love dropping into the deep cavernous pot holes, on Britain's broken and scarred roads. Not big enough to carry two fully size adults, unless they are consenting adults, and lastly WTF happened to a kickstart? was it too much to add one? Sorry Honda, you have consistent shown, that you know SFA about what motorcyclists actually want? What's the point ? in 10 years or less, it will all be electric bikes and cars anyway!
