I’m a Hoyt guy and glad they improved, but I’m strongly leaning to the new Mathews. I just can’t get over the prices of all the bows. I can literally buy a new semi custom scoped rifle for what a decked out bow costs. Then next year, your new bow is worth half what you paid.😕

I see a lot of MATHEWS technology in everyone else’s bow over the years! They truly are the leader in the innovation. I bought the new Mathews V3 31 last year and couldn’t resist the V3X 29 this year! The V3 31 is now my back up bow.

If you replace the bow once a year or 2 it retains most of its value. I have had every flagship from Hoyt and Mathews the last 5 years. I sell and upgrade 6months to a year and lose maybe 100-200 dollars

I wouldn't lean to far.. I have the, V3- 31 ,brand new. My new Solution and my New Ventum33- 2021 is honesty toe to toe with Bowtechs. Mathews is same bow every yr.. Bowtech hands down is leaps and bounds ahead of Mathews. My Ventum33 is right there with the Solution and my Sr6 basically is identical to the Solution but w/o the dead lock system to adjust cam lean. Go grab them all 3 and compare them back to back and then you will see.. I own them all.. And honestly my V3 is the least fav to shoot..Bcuz the draw cycle is not as smooth. And the lettoff on bowtech is SO Sweet, just like Ventum33.Yes it's very attractive bow the V3 No doubt!! But the draw cycle on the Solution And HOYT Ventum33 into the back wall is not even close when you compare that . There all Dead in hand. Bowtech a tad lighter and smoother while I like Mathews Grip better. But love the HOYT grip best. I just bought 4 flagship 2021 bows. And the V3 is least fav to shoot..all be it that it is 3 pounds more draw weight. Then the others.✌ don't take my words go see for yourself! God bless

Checked an RX7 Ultra out today, while looking for parts for the RX5 I just got. I came away perplexed and here’s why: fit and finish - stabilizer mounting points have gaps in different spots around the mount itself; why is the dual wheel now horizontal instead of 30-45 deg slant; what’s with taking away the molding on the arrow rest; so the picatinny is now integrated (wasn’t it that way years ago?) granted it’s better than wait on a pic rail!!! Aside from the carbon molding design (which appears to have QC issues) the rest seems like “rebranding and cosmetic.” I’m the kind of person who cares less about how it looks so long as it does the job. And for that price does it well if not better than all the others!

ive shot both. Im neither a hoyt lover or a Mathews lover. I like to shoot as many newer bows that I can before I buy one. Ive shot the new Hoyt Ventum pro and since im a longer draw person, i like the longer A to A bows. I absolutely thought the new Mathews V3X 33 was the smoothest and most balanced bows I've ever shot in my life. It's outrageous. I shot the V3's but there are something about the v3x's that make it so much more comfortable to shoot. The v3's almost had what i call a violent draw cycle. When you finally made it past the peak and then hit the valley and immediately into the wall, well, if you had to let off for any reason, there was no easy way to let it off without yanking your arm out of socket. These new V3X's are not like that. Not at all. I am one of the lucky people to already have a chance to buy a V3X. Like I said, I've shot the new Hoyt and the new Elite and new PSE carbon. There is nothing like the new Mathews. Im so glad I've had the chance to get one. No use getting one if youre not going to use it like its supposed to be used. May as well stick with the V3. But the balance of the bow using the bridge lock technology with the mathews QAD integrated rest and the lowpro quiver makes it all worth it. Take a trip to your archery shop and shoot one of the floor models that they should have now. I promise you, everyone here, will absolutely love the way it draws, shoots, how dead in the hand and how quiet it is. Mathews is so far ahead of Hoyt and PSE and Elite and Bear, you name it. Like I said, If I could buy a Bear compound that felt this good shooting it, I would buy it but I think Mathews has a monopoly on the "Best" bows made.

I know they make a great product but... I find Hoyts risers absolutely hideous.

Good video. But bowtech has beat everyone this year in my opinion. I was really expecting a long ata, long draw ventum this year but I’ll probly never get to see that bow.

So do you know what bowtech is bringing to the table for 2022?
@toddlymburner57833 жыл бұрын
They haven’t released anything yet dude! Stop lying!

Why you guys gripe about anything needed over 33inches...there is NO NEED for lon atas with the technology today, goodgrief
@michaelmangino98193 жыл бұрын
Damn right. Bowtech Solution is the Bomb digaty! It's crazy how the draw on the HOYT and lettoff is very similar to the Ventum33. I love that in both of them.

Literally did the same shit Mathews did… oh hey here’s the new bow… same as last years model.
@benjaminjacobson18263 жыл бұрын
it seems like they copycat Mathews

You mean the carbon, or the bridged riser, or the integrated stabilizer? Oh wait I know…the split limbs!
@chiefryan22603 жыл бұрын
Yea that carbon really copys mathews....
@kriskath70403 жыл бұрын
Those risers look like ASS... every time he drew one, it took a full minute for the bow to settle in his hand..They will never shot right!

The carbon RX-7 is so ugly.

Am I the only one that thinks hoyt bows are super ugly? It really doesn't matter if it performs well... But I'm just saying lol

@vincedigiovanni88873 жыл бұрын
Yup just me in that room plus everyone else that shoots a Mathews, prime, PSE, elite, bear etc...not because they out perform hoyt, because hoyts are ugly. And over rated and over priced.
@jasonsanders66302 жыл бұрын
@@vincedigiovanni8887 Mathews is overrated. You fell for the poison and paying for the name.
@1989inception3 жыл бұрын
I aint feeling that carbon rx7 look.. i think the rx4-5 look was better in design. Opinion of course i personally love the 3 carbon tube look which is the whole reason i had wanted one.
