Hello everyone, welcome to my channel. Like so many others, my lifestyle changed due to the pandemic.
Before the pandemic, my families lives had become so hectic & busy that there never seemed to be a good time to travel anymore. Somewhere along the line we realized that our last vacation was in 2011. We decided that it was time we made some travel plans.
Then the pandemic hit! I no longer wanted to travel by plane or stay in a hotel. We decided that a bettter and safer alternative would be to travel in our own vehicle, one that we could also sleep in, cook our own meals in, vacation in. The rest is history!
However, the RV shopping process is not easy and required a lot of research. I want to share what I have learned along with my ongoing experiences and adventures through my channel which offers:

Great video Ruby! You forgot to mention if this is a 22Ft or 24Ft...that is important... The bathroom is amazing...for this class - spacious and well equipped with a real sink! A window in the bathroom would lighten up everything! Best set-up for microwave, freezer and fridge, all in one place!

Thanks for the tour. I enjoyed exploring the coach along with you. Somehow it was much more pleasant than a sales presentation. I wonder what model are the refrigerator and microwave; how are they powered? No A/C or roof vents? It appears that the designer planed for running the generator a lot. What modifications would you make? I would add slide out shelves to the cabinet

Thank you for the compliments. The RV manufacturers all generally use the same brands of appliances and they are very reliable. The refrigerator runs off the house battery and that is charged by the solar system so that can run a really long time. The microwave and AC on the other hand runs on 120v and needs either the inverter or 120V supply from the generator or shore power. As for modifications, I am not sure what I would change as it seemed to have everything as well as a great layout. Slide out shelves would be a great addition! Thanks for Watching!

Since pleasure way is one of the more expensive and quality builds, I would think they would have made the door screen a solid piece that pulls from the side. I really like pleasure way but after looking at other brands I think they fall short not to mention they are so darned expensive! It would be noteworthy if you mentioned type of woods, if drawers are dovetailed etc. I noticed the pleated pull down shades are no longer too. Im not sure the price is justifiable anymore. Too many other brands that have really stepped it up imho .Thnx for video!

This is a 22 foot right? Also youre so funny and enjoyable! I Hate that the windows dont open like...that puny thing in the back window is just nonsense. For the price you pay it definitely needs work on the windows part.

having a zipper screen for the main entrance in cheap and cumbersome, i would expect a slide type screen door on a $165,000 RV, would not consider it based on that alone

Im assuming the shower isn’t paneling that’s it’s another waterproof material? I guess the Lady is apps 5’3” or so! I’m interested in a small B class trying to replace a very nice Navion Itasca! Bout 27’ low miles 🧐15,000 One owner…me.

You are correct that it is a waterproof material but I did find it interesting that they did not use a bathroom insert like other models do. I am about 5'4" and now is the time to sell your RV as it seems like there is a lot of demand for RVs right now. Thanks for Watching!

@@Adventure-Mom Thank you so much for your reply. And I'm so glad you said that. We found a Plateau and are buying it -- even though it's insane to spend that money. I am chronically ill and need it. I was beginning to feel like an idiot because you mentioned dealing. We are going to be selling our 2020 Ascent to buy it. We hate to lose the mobility, but we have had to leave for longer than expected periods of time because of my health, so we are switching to the Plateau TS. If you happen to have any ideas regarding what it's worth, please let me know.

@@BethGreenTV Beth, I sincerely hope you feel better and stay well! The car market is really strong right now so selling the Subaru should be relatively easy. I like using Carvana as they will buy your vehicle after you complete a simple questionnaire on their website, they come pick it up from your home, you know the exact price they are giving you before they come to your home, and give you a great price.
