Hey Rosa! Great video and I love the Purple Turtle gift idea! Just wanted to share this with you- in my 50’s I have struggled with weight loss between menopause and my thyroid. 😮 I tried just about every diet and supplements, but still struggled. I was gaining weight in areas I never did before. So, I found Fabulous 50’s on KZbin and started working out doing the more appropriate exercises for my age group, ditched my walking pad, started intermittent fasting (most days), gave up carbonated drinks, incorporated more fruit, but still ate my carbs. Since the spring, I have lost 25 lbs and went from a size 10 to a size 4! Yay! Everyone is different, but finding the right thing that works for you and your body is the key! I think you look great, but I completely understand the frustration when you don’t see the results you want! ❤

Hey Rosa, I love seeing your videos all the time! I love seeing the before and after pictures because they're amazing! I can't wait to see more videos every week! I actually got a load of laundry folded; dishes washed from dinner and got stuff ready for work tomorrow. I know that if I was not going to get it done today, I was probably going to be stressed in the morning. ❤❤❤
