@BuckleUpShow It was. I am just going to buy the ACTIVE version of the car and was looking for some information about the options of settings of the driver's panel, the one right behind the steering wheel. I didn't find the info in your video but learnt a lot of other useful information... and I just love the way you speak English and pronounce words. Best regards! 🙂👍

The digital gauge cluster is quite configurable, even allowing you to select a range of options to display in a "custom" list to scroll through!

Have you ever driven these through a 6'6" /7' barrier? Do they fit at all?
@BuckleUpShow2 ай бұрын
This generation of Kuga is only a maximum of 1742mm tall. This is 5'8.6", so safe to assume it will fit under the barrier heights you ask about.
@ag455872 ай бұрын
@BuckleUpShow I'm so sorry, I should've specified the 6'6"/7' width barriers that are on city centre roads. My apologies, but thank you for the height information.
@BuckleUpShowАй бұрын
Ah, width restrictors? The Kuga is 1882 mm excluding mirrors (2117 including mirrors), which if the restrictor is just at road level, means it is 6'2.1" so plenty of space. If the restrictor reaches mirror height, you have a vehicle width of 6'11.3" so you're good for a 7' width restrictor.

Reporting from trusted sources online suggests that in the case of the PHEV it significantly increases regenerative braking as its primary function.

The interior rattles would be a concern for me and has been an issue with Fords I've owned in the past. This could have been easily improved for the facelift but they have just carried over the same plastics in the interior.

I have a 74 Kuga PHEV and most of the rear noise stemmed from the rear seatbelt clips rattling against the side/door. Making sure these are not stuck in an awkward position stopped the noise.

Pre gen 2019 models actually looked liked faux SUV’s. This is nothing more than an ever so slightly raised discontinued Focus. Styling is at best described as mid 2010’s and interior is cheap and lacking in technology and layout whatever “sync” model it is. Only saving grace Ford have in the uk is all those Fiesta and Puma pcp customers it has wanting to renew is to go to this…

A bit harsh I think - I had one of these cars for a 24 hour test drive and I thought it was a good car. The tech onboard is fine, and offers everything that most people would need. I agree with the review in that what lets this car down is the interior quality which is below where it should be, Ford need to do better. However where this car really excels is in the driving department. I always try to get at least 60-90 minutes on a test drive on my own, and I’ve now test driven most of this cars rivals, and this car drives better than all of them.

@@rufdymond most people don’t want just “fine” especially with the new market. Ford in Europe do not do well for that reason… Buyers will realise that competition like Kia/ Hyundai provide much better products at better monthly deals!

When did people stop paying attention to the most important aspect...how a car drives. What's the point in a fancy screen if you're being either thrown about around corners or not feeling anything at all , just a bland boring drive that sends you to sleep. Drove a Tucson and Kuga for 45 mins each this weekend. Kuga was a much better drive, Tucson had a nicer screen. When you've got the family in the car, you want to enjoy the drive so it takes away from the inevitable meltdowns and kick offs in the back!
