I just filed mine. Seems like the only real difference is Part 1: Application Type. You will select option 5. E. Approved Form I-821D. This is the document you should have received stating that your DACA was approved. There will be a receipt number on the top left I am no lawyer, I am just interpreting what is on the form

@@JoshuaSinai USCIS is notorious for rejecting forms when they’re newly updated. If you sent it with I-485 I would maybe write in that line “AOS pending” or “concurrent” something like that

What happened if you need backdated to 3 years back for green card for someone who did filed 7 years ago their adjustment but the application wasn’t submitted by their lawyer and all this years they believed the can file naturalization in their spouse application who included her husband alien number in her adjustment because she arrived in the country through her husband asylum under I730 family petition but she got her green card 4 years ago and in a few months away to file her naturalization application. What’s your opinion based on this case and do you think it’s qualify to expedite for error and file advance parole hence planing to travel outside the country.
