The 2024 Jeep Gladiator is now in full swing production at the Toledo (Ohio) Assembly Complex, where it joins forces with the renowned Jeep Wrangler.
First showcased at the 2023 North American International Auto Show in Detroit last September, this midsize truck, known as the most off-road capable, boasts several fresh features for the 2024 model year. These additions include a new seven-slot grille, a larger 12.3-inch Uconnect 5 touchscreen, 12-way power adjustable front seats, and standard side-curtain airbags. These upgrades collectively enhance its capability, refine its features, introduce new technology, and incorporate more standard safety features.
Earning the top spot for new vehicle quality among midsize trucks in the J.D. Power 2023 U.S. Initial Quality Study (IQS), the Jeep Gladiator maintains its reputation for unparalleled towing capacity, best-in-class 4x4 payload, renowned Jeep 4x4 capability, open-air freedom, and intelligent functionality and versatility.
Spanning over 3 million square feet of floor space, the Toledo Assembly Complex consists of the North plant, responsible for Wrangler production, and the South plant (Supplier Park), which has housed the Jeep Gladiator since 2019. A hefty $1 billion investment facilitated the retooling and modernization of the South plant to accommodate the production of the all-new Jeep pickup truck. Initial shipments of the Jeep Gladiator to dealers commenced on April 12, 2019, with over 345,000 units manufactured at the facility since then.
