I also have the huracan tecnica that has not been broken in yet, for some reason i have a rev limiter. Is it because the car is not broken in yet or in some states they added the rev limiter? P.S I live in ontario Canada and im at about 1200 km.

Anything 2023 and beyond has a permanent rev limiter when you are sitting stationary. You can only rev beyond 3,500 when rolling forward at like 1 mph or more. Thank Greta and all the WEF globalists for that nonsense 👍🏼
