If were to choose between this E Class, Audi A6 and the new BMW 5 Series I'd choose the Merc as it is more elegant than the 5 Series

For us audiophile tell a little something about the sound system, type of brand it has if it a branded one, speaker setup and your opinion/take about the quality... for some of us the sound system on a car is a deciding factor

Also FYI, the 5 series now uses cheaper interior materials than the E. BMW was doing better than merc over the last 6 years in terms of interior quality but merc has come back with this E. The 5 series door panels at the bottom is hard plastic whereas the E is soft. The CLE though is just a C Class inside and has the same cheap hard plastics.

I went to check it out at the dealership to replace my 2014 E350 diesel. I'm glad to say the quality is somewhat back. There's way better materials than other Mercs currently on sale with minimal hard plastics and it feels more solid with less creaking panels. The biggest downfall is the engine choices. The 220d has noticeably less power than the 3 litre V6 diesels from the old mercs. It sucks because even though the car is nice, it feels like a downgrade from my V6 diesel to a small 2 litre 4 cylinder diesel. Nothing can beat a 6 cylinder for that torque and refinement. And for that reason alone I wouldn't get one. This engine in an E is not good enough. We need a 6 cylinder at least.

@@hattymogano9281 Go for it. They are extremely reliable but make sure you maintain it properly. Don't take it to random mechanics. Take it to someone who knows what they're doing. How much kms is on it? And is it amg line? Before I got mine, I test drove an Amg line version and the ride was way too harsh so I got the normal avant-garde version. The ride quality is much better.

@@hattymogano9281 Go for it. They are very reliable. Just make sure you maintain it properly and service on time by a good mechanic that knows what they're doing. Also try get a non AMG line model. The amg line models ride very harsh because of the 19 inch wheels. The Avant-garde is 18 inch and rides better.

Yes it’s called agility finance and it’s still available but unfortunately I can’t comment on that because that’s promoting Mercedes Benz Finances & I’m not paid to do that.

Beautiful looking car . But 4 cylinder engines don't suit this car at all . If it had an inline 6 diesel then It would have been more desirable in my opinion .

It does look good,but in my opinion I feel like mercedes didn't do much interms of the shape of the car it doesn't have any emotion i think they focused much on the interior. And out of this topic bmw just unveiled the new bmw x3 that car looks good ,I think it is going to give the glc chest pains 😅😅😅😅
