Combined fuel economy tops an excellent 65 MPGe and 28 mpg on gasoline alone. Few cars can match the CLA 250 e’s blend of performance and efficiency.
Of course, die-hard enthusiasts may lust for the racier AMG variant, but the standard CLA 250 e delivers smooth, punchy acceleration. The 7-speed dual-clutch automated transmission fires off quick, crisp gear changes. Adaptive dampers provide a compliant ride that belies the car’s nimble handling abilities. Light yet precise steering combines with the willing chassis to deliver agile cornering. Mercedes’ 4MATIC all-wheel drive further heightens grip and control.
