The dashboard has been designed to provide an immersive and ergonomic driving experience. It has a central console and controls slightly inclined towards the driver to ensure ease of use.
Enveloping and treated in a two-tone black and light gray finish, with satin veneers and satin dark silver accents, the dashboard and front door trims give the cabin a decidedly dynamic ambiance.
The multimedia system is controlled using a 9-inch central HD touch screen which offers rapid and precise response. It provides wireless connection for Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, voice recognition, Bluetooth connectivity and can also display information from the on-board computer.
The new Suzuki Swift's 1.2-litre 3-cylinder petrol engine benefits from numerous improvements, combining reduced fuel consumption and emissions with higher low-end torque for greater responsiveness and better overall performance.
The engine of the new Suzuki Swift is combined with the SHVS 12V hybrid system for further improved environmental performance. The SHVS 12V hybrid system converts the kinetic energy generated during deceleration into electricity, stores it in the lithium-ion battery to assist the motor during acceleration, thereby improving fuel efficiency.
Suzuki ALLGRIP AUTO technology is an automatic all-wheel drive system that activates as soon as it detects a loss of traction in the front wheels. When front wheel slip is detected, a viscocoupler engages to transfer torque to the rear wheels, providing additional propulsion for driving on snowy or slippery roads.
