We just bought a 2024 Quicksilver Model Y long range AWD non-performance trim we needed the 3rd row seat for small grandkids. The fit and finish quality of the car is excellent. Never owned an electric car before but clearly Tesla has addressed the quality issues of the previous years. BEFORE $7500 credit and before tax, price came to $53K. 3rd row was option and quicksilver was option everything else was default.

No longer do all Y models qualify for the federal tax credit. Pricing quoted should have been more accurate with a specific time as they have varied.

Almost no change. Removing the ultrasonic sensors made the car much worse. Tesla vision is rubbish and neither park nor summon are as good as the older model. Once again Elon ignores the customer!

While everyone has their own perspective of luxury, yes For some, the quality and comfort of a car’s interior, including the carpet, is a symbol of luxury. Tesla is also doing this to yield to customers complaints.

The carpeting everywhere now is a nightmare. It stains and catches dirt incredibly fast making the car look grubby and far more expensive to clean. Wrong choice on Tesla’s part. Better hope it never rains or snows where you are.
