I’m thinking about getting rid of my 1250RS for this exact bike

Have you test rode the new GS yet to compare to your RS. The new 1300 RS should be coming out Spring 2025.

@ I have not test rode one yet. I am waiting for at least one model year to be completed before making the change

@@drewyager4020 That seems like a good idea

I’m thinking about trading my 1250rs is for this ASA GS

The new RS with the same motor and ASA system is rumored to be hitting dealerships in the Spring 2025. You might want to wait and test ride both. However if you’re looking for a more upright riding position with off-road capabilities, then the new GS might be your bike.

@ I am looking for more upright but not off road. I love my RS at the moment. So fun

"clutchless ride"...... and then 20 minutes just talking......

Well I would’ve enjoyed riding it but that particular bike was already sold. The dealership nor the new owner obviously didn’t want miles put on it. I’ll have to wait for a test ride when they get more in.

@@Texas2Tires I bet you would have enjoyed riding it 😎 I just have mine GSA with ASA for 800km now; enjoyed every km. “D” mode as well as “M” mode

@@ddrsonorglad to hear you’re enjoying it. There seems to be some KZbinrs hating on the new GS / GSA stating there’s all kinds of issues. Guessing you aren’t experiencing any issues?

@@Texas2Tires I rode the 1300 GS for 9000km, it had its recall of the starter relais; but that was done during a regular service. No issues at all, superb bike. I (we) switched to the GSA, because me wife enjoyed more and more to drive with me as a pillion. In the meantime BMW introduced ASA…… one drive with this ASA….. we were sold 😎
