I can’t understand why Mercedes ditched red as a colour. I had a W204 in red with 18” AMG alloys and it regularly got compliments on the fact ir was red! The metallic red just doesn’t cut it in my opinion

That's fantastic. I am glad that Mercedes and AMG have come to their senses and started to offer a V6 and hopefully a V8 in future as well. The inline 4 cylinder + electric motors are a nice idea, but something is profoundly missing without a V8. I am sure there is a market for the 4 cylinders, but the serious clients that want an AMG, they look for a V8. With the legendary sound. Bring back the 2008-2015 V8 sound. That was the best of the best.

Note the leg room between the left rear passenger seat, and the driving seat (presumably adjusted for the driver?!) - Basically NONE! Unless you're likely to be always transporting one able-bodied person and two double amputees, those are not really rear seats. Why don't Mercedes/AMG (and all other car manufacturers for that matter,) come clean and describe it as a two-seater with an upholstered parcel shelf? Or preferably, why doesn't someone design a cabriolet/convertible that's actually DESIGNED to carry FOUR normal sized people?
