I have moved quite a bit in my life and one thing i do about a couple of months prior to moving is i will take one room at a time and declutter and clean top to bottom that way its not as much to do during moving day and then about a month before moving i pack all that is not used and just keep out in each room just the necessities and mark all boxes for each room and store away it makes it so much easier also i take painter tape the blue kind and where i need to clean or touch up i will put a piece of the tape on that area then its a reminder

I can’t get over the fact that your landlord wants you to have a professional cleaner…😂😂😂I think you need to send them a video of what an awesome job you do to take care of their home. I have helped my father and sister with caring for dad’s property as his manager and he would have loved you. You take care of this home as it’s your own. I love real trees but I feel they are so expensive in Arizona. That could be everywhere though. It could be a good thing to plant if get a potted one but in Az it’s hot for the nice pine trees.

Is there anything in your about the cleaning? If not don't! Take pictures of all the rooms and how you left the home. Open all closet and kitchen cabinets to show there isn't any damage.
