Not worth $779K. Main door should be like cafe/saloon double swing door with big passage. Spice kitchen is unnecessary waste of space. Laundry should be in separate room with sink, stai removal station & linen closet. Master bedroom has only one light fixture & it's small. Second floor is only 8 ft high. Should be at least 9 ft. Standing shower is small Master bedroom walking closet is like tunnel.
