They're going to say they have to offset raising taxes by implementing tolls which isn't allowed on the U.S. Federally funded interstate highway system. WHAT ABOUT VIEWPOINTS OF THE BRIDGE DOESN'T NEED REPLACING?

They don't care. Vancouver consistently voted against it, but this time, the city government approved it. I thought it was just going to be 2 years. I can't believe it will be like a generation.
