They're going to say they have to offset raising taxes by implementing tolls which isn't allowed on the U.S. Federally funded interstate highway system. WHAT ABOUT VIEWPOINTS OF THE BRIDGE DOESN'T NEED REPLACING?

So basically it's not adding more vehicle travel lanes to reduce traffic back ups? Right? It's adding Max trains that no one wants to ride!! Because it will take hours longer to get home lmao what a mess! 😅

more vehicle travel lanes does not reduce traffic, in fact it can make it worse.

adding lanes will make it worse bc of induced demand. looks like it will take out a pretty large hunk of downtown vancouver though
