Agree 100%, this is the finest light in its class. I work outside at night. Have happily used Thrunite TN50 for 3 years. Bought one of the Imalents with plastic shroud and fan, but it sits on a shelf (heats up too fast; not as bright as TN50 in use; 2 proprietary magnetic chargers are slow and a pain to use; heavy). Just got the X75 and it's a dream. UI is intuitive, charges super fast, weight is fine, body fits my holsters, no heat issue when using with bare hands, materials and build are excellent, beam is next-level. Note, capacity of the standard 4-cell battery pack is 4250 mAh, which isn't very large for use as a powerbank. An 8-cell battery pack is now available for this light.

I think the X75 is excellent light, and an advancement over the X70. But how much so, is debatable. The X70 is excellent, and very high output. But the X75 has the integrated heatsink and fan system. The battery pack is not “user serviceable.” Perhaps where there is a will, there’s a way, but it won’t be simple.

if you are in an cold/arctic enviroment with this, then you will probably get condensation and thus ice locking up the fan. in that situation the easy access to "wind/no wind" mode is a great feature to not damage/burn out the fan. if its cold enough you might not need the fan at all and can conserve power that way. looks to be a well thought out design

@TheBladeX102 жыл бұрын
Thanks for making it clear. Means anybody who buys it, won't get what's paid for. it doesn't have actual 80K lumens max 👍🏻. I wasn't thinking that would be possible on relatively small light like X75. Also for only x12 XHP 70.2 no way. To get real 80K lumens, it needs to have like 15+ XHP 70.2 emitters. All though IMALENT made it way more better on their's MS18. With 18 emitters it can reach to around 90 to 95K of lumens which is more close to claimed real lumens. In the end Acebeam made it way better size wise. The X75 is significantly smaller and having almost 80K lumens, i think it's overally better than the MS18. 👌🏻. This would be my main purchase decision. As small as possible, but as powerful as it can get. Also i guess that the output difference between the MS18 and X75 is minimal, to a bare eye. Definitely for me Acebeam is a winner here.

These are excellent questions. I don’t have any runtime data. I’m sorry but runtime is something I just have never done (mostly because it’s not a huge factor in my head). WONDERFUL review. Acebeam > Imalent I just sold my MS18 mini from imalent, it was the "warmer" variant model and was very happy with the XHP 70_2 color tint for a performance light- absolutely demolishes the color tint quality from my old junk DX80, that flashlight threw some serious lumens in its day when it was working. Having a few Imalent flashlights in my hands now, I can confidently say that they just don't have much QC or care in their products meeting their marketing claims. The MS18 Mini looked and felt great in my hand, very high quality finish but the extremely whine-ey fans with only one speed even in lower output modes was off putting. The X50 and X50 II from Acebeam make way more sense to not include active cooling at all as the tiny loud fans on the MS18 mini don't do anything at all in the small but powerful category right now, the imalent method is awful cooling design. The lack of any actual gasket of the rear charging port totally blew the claims of their IP rating out of the water. Imalent's lack of bothering with USB C PD support is super lame. While the MS18 Mini was impressive for what it was, it's not worth the money for an unfinished product. I do not recommend imalents products if you're striving for something that feels well-rounded and "complete."
