I bought a 29.99 mystery box and got advanced spray coating and 16 oz graphene boost plus applicators and towels. Couldn't believe it. Gonna boost that coating next time I wash. Looks awesome.

After my first use of the now "improved" Graphene Ceramic Spray Coating Advanced on my 08 RAM, I am very pleased with the super slick and paint deepening effects on my truck. I was wanting to apply a second coat, just because, but Adams recommends that for a second application that it should be applied within 1-4 hours, before being totally cured. Well, I missed that time window and am asking that with the first coat being cured, will the second coat really "stick" to the first layer that is now cured? Would I be better served to just use the Boost going forward? Adams recommends the Boost as a "topper" for their coatings and I figured that with monthly use of the Boost I will be best served with continued protection. Your comments welcome... Yes, adding another layer will bond just make sure it's nice and clean.

As I used about half of the 12 oz spray bottle, (6oz), which was maybe a bit on the heave side, I figured I would apply a second coat a little more sparingly to just make me feel good on the coverage. I also bought the economy size gallon of the Graphene Boost to use after every 3-4 washings. I am totally satisfied with the performance of Adams products and even though the PROPER paint preparation took some time, the results are VERY well worth it. As Adams recommends, before applying their coatings, I misted the paint with a fine mist of 70% IPA and wiped down the paint to ensure a residue free surface. One tip to share is to minimize the number of microfiber towels when drying is to "flood" the paint from the top down with an open ended hose - no spray and the water literally sheets off with only a few remaining water drops left to dry off.

I'll keep it in mind for future video ideas. You may have been able to see in the video how well it filled in the minor haze left in the paint intentionally. definitely going to add some real nice gloss.

Next time, you can use Tarx in a sprayer. I just flush it with warm water. give it about 10 good sprays with water after using it

I have tried. It has killed 4 sprayers so far even after flushing. The residue remains in there and destroys the seals.

Now that Spray coating advanced exist and alongside it boost. I guess the OG spray coating (what I have) doesn’t really have a place now.

The regular spray coating IMO is more for people that want to dip their toes into coating a car. Boost is much easier to use but it is a water based product, so not sure on the longevity at the moment though it could surprise us all.

Great video! Was looking for a torture test for this product. I wonder where it falls with graphene CS3? I got a gallon of that I use for a quick waterless wash or as drying aid after maintenance wash

This is basically a water based version of the spray coating. A pretty strong sealant more or less. Could use cs3 as you normally would.

I say once a month tops. You can use a ceramic detailer every wash as you dry the car as well.

Yes but you have to be careful to stay out of the sun and to clean it all off so it doesn't etch the paint

Do amy of them look similar to the advanced ceramic graphene spray on trim? I love how it dries down but i want to use something more reasonable for interior trim. Does the boost work? Thr detail spray was a fail.
