@1:55:26 that's kind of an interesting take: Knowing that it triggers after the opponent has chosen to put the firepower into the SoS unit that they normally would not aim at the tougher higher wound count custode near them feels pretty good for control to me.

I love the kitbashed Shield-Captain I did. The base was the loyalist Praetor from the Age of Darkness 30k box. I .ixed in other Custodes bits, mostly shoulders and dangly bits.

Bridger seems to be trying all the detachments. I want to see Null Maidens. 6x5 Prosecutors, 3x10 Vigilators, 3x10 Witchseekers, 6x Rhinos, Karamazov, and an assassin (Vindicare?). Horde it up so you just keep pouring waves onto objectives, and use all the battleshock shenanigans to prevent scoring.

To be fair he was rolling 3s to hit on his neophytes rather than 4s. I think he was counting heavy but you don't get heavy coming out of deepstrike. Right now GSC are very hit or miss, it usually just comes down to the cult ambush respawn rolls. The difference between a 10 man aberrant squad or 20 man Neophyte squad coming back or not is ridiculous and shouldn't be down to a single 50/50.

​@@dr_buschy Most of the time I play against custodes, they give up in battleround 1-2. When I play Custodes myself I don't even try to win, I just try to have fun and just let shit happen maybe I even win. Playing my DG army against custodes is a slaughterfest, they can't even scratch 1 unit. Sometimes I lose some Poxwalker but never a whole unit. It's cringe to see how the anger builts up inside my opponent when I kill 2 Telemon and a Wardensquad+Blade champ before they can even start into their first movment Phase. Nah fuck GreedWorkshop and fuck Custodes. They will be like this for the next 2-3 years. Just move on.
