E16 is abnormal Haul sensor. Try to pump your tyres to 40-41 PSI and it should fix the issue.

@@Fernando-qg5zoif it’s not the pressure it could be a faulty sensor, if you email their support they will send you a motor wheel replacement. My buddy bought a 800 when I released the 800 video and had that issue after riding it rough and they sent him a kit within a week

Depends on what you like, if you want Dual motor for hills and steep streets then yes. For just normal riding to and from places in a non elevated city the RZ800 is just as good 👍🏻
