What is your take on it when this becomes available to the masses, small business owners. And they dont need an agency for this service? What then? Just curious, i think its amazing but for how long?

There will always be a very large part of the market, the vast majority, a small business owners who don’t want to do this themselves

Hey Dan! Not totally sure but I'd imagine it's the Agency plan which is $297/month (pretty sure you won't need SaaS plan to do this). And there's a chance it might be there on the $97/month plan as well? But then I believe you can only have a couple sub accounts (so if you're doing it for clients then the lowest level agency plan at 297 is the way to go).

I thought the same thing at first, but it's the more natural interaction with the AI employee that keeps the person on the line rather than hanging up. If someone hears an answering machine, no immediate interaction, they will likely hang up. When the AI employee answers the phone, it triggers an interaction. The person calling is more likely to engage and leave their information.
