I am a massage therapist and I just started my own business. I thought I knew what you were going to say with the framing effect but I was wrong ha ha ha. You did give me a really cool idea though. I am now thinking about putting a front and back facing body shape on my wall in my office and covering them with Velcro and having my clients come in and place "pain points" where they are feeling the most discomfort. This gets them involved in the massage process and I can look up at it to remind me what my client wanted. Thank you for the cool idea.

I have been most impacted by 'The Ikea" effect, I am a fashion designer and my brand allows my clients to customize an existing design to better suit them. So I will be working on improving that customer experience so that the customer understands the value that service provides therefore encouraging them to be willing to pay the premium price that comes with that service.

THE BIGGEST bias for me was when you told as about "the serial position effect" and you told us that you put the most important ones at first and at last, although you did not mention this bias IT GOT ME FOR SURE!!! first you placed it at second which is the perfect place due to your reasoning why you did not place it at first secondly actually this is the genius part you made me go through the video up to the last

Great video Adam!! The one I personally detest is the Ikea Effect. You click on a website and immediately a pop-up box appears on screen. At that point I want to leave. I've come to your website to look at your product or service not to fill in a survey! So I manoeuvre to the X in the top right of screen where I am then asked if I really want to leave. At this point I'm absolutely enraged, click on the X and never ever return to that site so Ikea effect is a massive negative as far as I'm concerned and I will never go down that route. I hate pop-up boxes and I really really hate it when I want to leave but am questioned about it first. I don't like being held to hostage which is what it feels like.

Hi! When you’re talking about the bandwagon effect, and how the closer social proofs match the identities, beliefs and values or the appearance of the people you’re trying to reach is even better… it got me thinking… Do you happen to know if AI is currently being used to generate marketing lists for social media audiences that help align with this? Like using photo scans, post searches, and evaluation of hashtags to identify users who would be seeing companies’ targeted ads?
