Air Fryer Chicken and Potatoes -
1 chicken breast
1-2 red potatoes
BBQ seasoning, to taste (or other favorite seasoning blend)
Oil
Wash and dry the potatoes. Cube the potatoes into bite size pieces.
Place the potatoes in the air fryer basket.
Spray with oil
Season with BBQ seasoning, to taste.
Air fry for 8 minutes at 380F.
Meanwhile, pat the chicken dry.
Cube the chicken into bite size pieces.
Spray with oil.
Season with BBQ seasoning, to taste.
And the chicken to the air fryer basket. Air fry at 380F for 8 minutes, or until the chicken reaches 165F internal temp and potatoes are tender to your liking.

I'm happy to find this I've seen others of yours, even though I have only recently gotten an air fryer and it's still in the box even in the wrapping not opening until I move no ability to use it where I am.. but I'm so happy to see you putting down a liar cuz some of the videos are all of the videos that I watched of yours which is a couple not everything.. I'm new to this... I was going to write you about this because I wondered why you didn't use liners! The air fryer I got. For which you may or may not have ever reviewed.. is a 7 QT Gourmia from Walmart on the Black Friday sale for only $35? I originally was only going to get a much smaller one a while back, same brand though, and I'm so glad I didn't and I can't wait to use this one! I won't be able to cook anything for a very long time due to extreme bad circumstances with appliances in the house.. due to a few for the power company here in South Florida they have destroyed our lives for almost one year and and it has been living hell.. no working stove, refrigerator, microwave, clothes dryer, and the complete death trap no air conditioning or heat since September, 2022 due to power surges from their company that would blow out these appliances and once they fixed it and then it happened 72 days later in the September 2022 incident and they have never agreed to fix it again and it's all I can't even not even begin to tell you that I have not left this house since April 11th 2023 except to go the trash & the mailbox, and hardly even that! I know it sounds crazy because it has been crazy but I could not put on real clothes and I'm not exaggerating that he was 95 to 100 degrees every day for months till just a few days ago and today it's hot again actually, but not that hot.. it's not my house and I will be leaving anything now cuz he's been playing for months and I just have been so miserable that I couldn't pull it together but I will not continue to be in the situation under any circumstances! The power company will be sealed once I can get my bearings in a normal environment! And just in the last week something is sort of saved my life to even be able to boil water.. and and make some eggs and make some other things like grilled cheese and heat up some things..is a 10-dollar ..I think that was a sale price . Tiny little cooker called "my mini"! They have other many appliances also and I wasn't ready to try and use it because it's really really small but you know what it has been a lifesaver! What's the weather this finally get colder for a week or so I was able as I said to make hot water cook ramen noodles cook eggs even but there's no fridge to put it in it has just been pure hell and I have gotten sick a number of times by trusting an insulated grocery bag with a zipper to store perishables because I keep having to throw out so much I can't live on like someone else here is doing! I've been Bailey on canned items but you get sick oh that too! I said you're looking at the box with the air fryer and also there was a sale on Drew Barrymore slow cookers.. very small ones... Two quarts each but two for $15? So I ordered those also at the first moment of the Black Friday early sale for Walmart plus customers and I look forward to opening everything and a real home so soon! I just tried out my new cosori last week . we had some thick frozen fries . the preset said to fry for 25 minutes but since I'm a scaredyegg I checked every 5 minutes, and they were golden and crunchy done in 15 minutes! we were amazed because for so thick fries it was super fast, not even preheating needed. we then ordered pizza and i hate cold leftover pizza so I heard a lot it will taste like fresh in airfryer. and I tested it and it took just like 3 minutes for pizza pieces and pizzabuns and they really were like freshly baked O_O can't wait to test out my first meat-piece! or salmon! I loved your honey mustard salmon recipe. now here they will have pieces in discount but frozen one, what do you recommend, can you just put the frozen ones inside or do you have to let it defrost first ? (I can imagine defrosting raw fish might not be safest tho...)

QUESTION If I put cheese like that on a bagel in my air fryer it would blow off before melting and stick to the heating element. Same with the slice of cheese on the burger. Does the Cosori fan blow differently? Or is it that particular Cosori model (that you're using) that is preventing that from happening? I've been looking at the TurboBlaze.

I don't usually have that issue with Cosori - however, a trick for you is to just set the cheese on top of an already toasted bagel and close the air fryer basket and just let it melt in the hot chamber, without turning it on. :)

I love your recipes and I've loved my Cosori air fryer till the basket handle disintegrated and fell off. Apparently heat eventually breaks down the handle material and the three little screws that hold the handle on the basket just come out of the handle portion. Cosori informed me they don't sell the handle by itself, you have to get a new basket.

What's the best fat content ratio to use when making the frozen burgers? I've bought the Walmart 80/20 and 85/15 and they both make my air fryer smoke a lot. I was cooking two patties at a time, so that might have been part of the problem!
